About Makalu

Makalu is one of our two ‘Plus’ rooms — a comfortable, private en-suite bedroom that works beautifully on its own, or can be added right beside a suite when your group needs an extra bedroom. It sits on the second floor, beside the Kanchenjunga and Lhotse suites.

The room has a comfortable bed, a mirrored wardrobe, a flat-screen TV and air-conditioning, with large windows for plenty of daylight. The private en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, with fresh towels and toiletries. Because it pairs so naturally with its neighbours, Makalu is a flexible way to add space for families or friends travelling together.
